Summerhouse is a creative writing programme in Oxfordshire, UK. It was set up in the late 1970s by Laurie Lee and his wife, Joan Littlewood with the aim of giving children from all backgrounds space to write creatively. The programme focuses on developing creativity, imagination and self-expression for children aged 5 to 18.
