Summerhouse is one of the only Training Providers to:
Help ALL learners & employers to gain NVQ 2 and NVQ3 Apprenticeship and
TTG
qualifications, including Health and Safety training to strengthen your business and improve their own satisfaction.
Provide Key Skills Training, including Communication, Information Technology, Numeracy & Working With Others to further enhance your staff's business skills.
To Achieve all the following additional qualifications and certificates:-
First Aid Certificate
Equal Opportunities and Diversity training Certificate
BHEST Technical Certificate
Power of Positive Thinking training Certificate
BHS exams (Optional Extra)
Level 3 Coaching Certificate (Optional Extra)
Deal with the mountain of paperwork.
Access NVQ funding on your behalf from the Government.
Allow your trainees to work on a training allowance & train within the constraints of the minimum wage.
Is there a catch?
Funding is only available for trainees aged 16+ years.
You continue to provide good quality training.
Allow us to visit every 12 weeks to complete the necessary paperwork.
Allow us to collect Health & Safety Data & Assessments.
When a trainee completes an NVQ Apprenticeship, you will receive a payment of between £250 to £990 depending on the learner age, who is assessing and the amount of assessment support supplied by Summerhouse.
Funding Details
Summerhouse is funded by the Government for the following:
To enrol learners on an NVQ and Key Skills programme with the City and Guilds.
To oversee their training & provide additional training as necessary
To deal with the necessary audits & Ofsted Inspectorate.
Each learner has an NVQ Level 2 or 3 portfolio to include Key Skills provided by Summerhouse
These portfolios are updated to show the trainees work based training at each
particular yard
When a learner is fully competent a qualified assessor from Summerhouse
will assess the learner, checking they are of the required standard.
Alternatively we can train employers at each yard to become assessors.
When the portfolio is completed it is
Checked by an Internal Verifier from Summerhouse.
Checked by an External Verifier from City and Guilds.
A certificate is issued.
Certificate is sent to the LSC.
LSC then release the outcome funding.
Summerhouse pays the yard.
The outcome payment received depends on:
The amount of training & assessing completed by Summerhouse.
The amount of training & assessing completed by the Yard
The qualification is achieved within the target date agreed at the start of their apprenticeship
