Hiring Our Facilities

Please note that all bookings are to be pre-paid in advance (50% for clinics/clubs), we have a 24 hour cancellation policy and any bookings cancelled outside the 24 our period will incur a £10 cancellation fee for all bookings. Please sign in at the show office on arrival.


Olympic Arena (80m x 52m Charles Britton Wax) - BS show jumps are included in the hire

Peak Season Rates (1st February - 30th September)
1/2 hour £30 Per horse (£5 for each extra horse)
1 hour £45 Per horse (£5 for each extra horse)
 
Off Peak Season Rates (1st October - 31st January)
1/2 hour £25 Per horse (£5 for each extra horse)
1 hour £35 Per horse (£5 for each extra horse)
 
Regular Clinic/Club Bookings (only available at an hourly rate)
1 hour £25 Per horse (£5 for each extra horse)



Andrews Bowen Arena (40m x 60m ProWax Arena)

This arena only comes with competition warm up fences, a course of 8 fences is available at an additional charge of £15

1/2 hour £20 Per horse (£5 for each extra horse)
1 hour £35 Per horse (£5 for each extra horse)
 
Additional Warm up arena charge in conjunction with OA hire
Clinic £20 Per hour (unlimited number of horses)
Private £25 Per hour (unlimited number of horses)

 



Wednesday Clear Round (Olympic Arena with full BS course)

Every Wed from 8am-5pm, available in pre booked 15 min slots

£20 Per horse - Pre booked 15 min slot
£15 Per horse - 4 or more horses per rider

 


Breakages & Miscellaneous

Any unreported breakages will receive an additional fine of £10 per item

Wings £30 each
Fillers £30 - £50 each
Plants £10 each

Judges Box & PA System £60/day
Timing Equipment £100/day
Lorry Hook Up £20/day

 

 


Weston Arena (Pro Wax Surface) 75x25 Indoor Arena with Mirrors

This arena is available with or without jumps (please specify when booking)

45 mins £35 Between 8am - 5:30pm
45 mins £45 Between 5.30pm - 9pm

There is an additional charge of £5 per hour for lighting

 

 


Gallop Arena 75x25 Indoor Arena with Mirrors

This arena is available with or without jumps (please specify when booking)

45 mins £35 Between 8am - 5:30pm
45 mins £45 Between 5.30pm - 9pm

Hire of Classroom (to seat up to 40 people)

£60/day each 2 Classrooms are available for hire to inc OHP and Flipchart
£25 Projector and Laptop available for hire
£3/pp Tea and Coffee making facilities and AquaAid water dispenser
£6/pp Buffet Lunch
